About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Centre Assistant to join our team at a prestigious secondary school in the Chelmsford area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students in the Inclusion Centre and provide individualised support to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and deliver targeted interventions for students with SEN.
  • Provide academic support to students, including assistance with reading, writing, and math skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with students who require additional support due to their behavioural and SEN needs.

The estimated salary for this position is £37,500 per annum. A DBS check is required.
