We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team of cleaning operatives at Lawrence Cleaning Services in Bedford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, polishing, vacuuming, emptying bins, and cleaning toilets and office areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times
  • Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
  • Dealing with client requests promptly and courteously

While commercial cleaning experience is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.80 and a range of benefits, including a uniform T-shirt, dedicated training manager, and opportunities for progression.

Requirements include:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility with a flexible approach to work
