We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Scotland & North division based in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' elevators across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on customer lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety checks to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to mechanical failures and breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
- Plan and manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and hours worked.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Full UK Driving License and ability to travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
