Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the farming world to deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent, tailored insurance advice and support.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers to ensure clients are comprehensively covered.
  • Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with a comprehensive insurance program as well as value for their premium.
  • Develop business by identifying and developing opportunities for both new and existing clients.
  • Liaise with and work with the marketing teams to drive new business.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products as well as sector conditions.
  • Report on performance against agreed-upon targets.
  • Work as a part of the 'Farm Team,' collaborating with client advisors, claims advisors, and other executives to help achieve wider company goals.

Requirements:

  • Farm or commercial insurance experience.
  • Ability to drive new business.
  • Agricultural knowledge or experience.
