As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

As a VDA Repair Consultant, you will be responsible for recording and estimating all repair information, communicating with customers to provide repair information and completion times, and compiling relevant documentation. You will also be expected to carry out computerised estimates using Audatex, negotiate estimates with Aviva Engineers when required, and discuss claim-related issues with Aviva Engineers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading body repair group, wholly owned by Aviva, employing over 1000 expert people across 25 UK locations.
