We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at Isis House, a leading care home in Oxfordshire.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as a care assistant in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Dementia Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, many of whom live with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to residents with dementia, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, promoting independence and confidence.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Promote a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care, with a commitment to excellence and resident-centered practice.
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Basic IT skills, including email and electronic records management.

- A competitive salary of £12.33 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £13.33 per hour (Saturday and Sunday).
