Production Technician

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious individual to join our Production team. As a Production Technician, you'll be responsible for leading the way in custom fabrication, working closely with our Projects and Sales teams to deliver exceptional results. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for delivering top-notch service will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Projects and Sales teams to design and cost bespoke production requirements.
- Manage workload, lead times, and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers to ensure Tecna UK attains the best service levels and value.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of sheet materials, liaising with the Operations Administrator to place orders where necessary.
- Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed within the production area at all times.
- Continuously look for ways to improve product offerings and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- A history of working with tools and a willingness to get hands-on with materials.
- Experience with a CNC machine, table-saw, edge-bander is a plus, but not essential.
- Confidence under pressure and a passion for delivering great results.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including comprehensive BUPA healthcare coverage, a company pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
