About the Role

RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking enthusiastic Education Graduates to join their team in a supportive school setting. The successful candidates will work at a large all-through school in Havering, collaborating with experienced professionals to create a positive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the academic and personal development of students on a 1:1 and small group basis (up to 5 students).
  • Lead subject-specific interventions to boost student engagement and progress.
  • Provide tailored support for SEN students, primarily those with autism, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to create an inclusive and structured learning environment.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and growth.

Requirements
  • A 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Education from a leading UK university.
  • Experience working with children (preferred).
  • Confidence in managing behaviour and working with SEND students.
  • A positive and supportive attitude towards helping students achieve their potential.
