About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with medication management and administration.
  • Participate in care planning and review, ensuring individualized care plans are in place.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a care setting, preferably in a nursing or care home.
  • SSSC registration or willingness to register.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
