Green Space Manager

Glendale, one of the UK's largest green space management service providers, specialises in tree care and management, grounds maintenance, and landscaping.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team as a Team Leader, working on various sites within the contract.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the effective management of programmed maintenance, proactively leading by example with grounds maintenance work, and maintaining the security of vehicles, plants, and equipment.

You will also support and guide the service delivery team, monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
