As a Field Service Engineer with beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers' technical equipment is functioning optimally and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
  • Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
