Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Material Handling Equipment Technician to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of material handling products, including forklift trucks.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining gas, diesel, and electric powered forklift trucks
  • Conducting thorough examinations and performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating steering and lifting equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults on material handling products
  • Liaising with the parts team to ensure appropriate stock levels are held
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • City and Guilds in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification
  • Diagnostic computer skills
  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering in heavy goods/plant machinery/automotive
