About the Role

CV-Library is looking for an Automotive Diagnostic Expert to play a critical role in ensuring vehicle safety and compliance. As part of our team, you will conduct thorough inspections and tests on vehicles, identifying and resolving any defects or issues that may affect vehicle safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MOT tests on various vehicles, following DVSA guidelines.
  • Perform detailed inspections, including checks on brakes, lights, tyres, and emissions.
  • Diagnose and repair any defects or issues that could impact vehicle safety and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools in a workshop environment.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during inspections and repairs.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £33,000 per annum. This includes a permanent, full-time opportunity located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, within the Automotive & Aerospace sector.
