Nursery Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our team in Beaconsfield, England. As a Nursery Teacher at Wayman Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children.
The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. They will also be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' social and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that meet the EYFS curriculum requirements
- Support students' social and emotional development through interactive activities and discussions
- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior
Requirements:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
