About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert scrub nursing care to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
