Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to our clients and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: Ensure accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts.
  • Cost Management: Ensure effective capture of costs and allocation of costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Commercial Risk Management: Identify, report, and escalate commercial risk to ensure appropriate mitigation is implemented.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure compliance with the alliance Procurement Policy and relevant statutory legislation.
  • Team Management: Manage, develop, and support resources across the alliance, ensuring team compliance with agreed processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
  • Strong commercial expertise and knowledge of quantity surveying practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
