Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day support to students and teachers in a busy school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their learning and development, both inside and outside the classroom
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience
  • Assist with setting up classrooms and activities to promote student engagement and learning
  • Monitor student behavior and report any concerns to teachers or senior staff
  • Support students with their well-being, development, and medical needs
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school
