The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic partner to the largest advertisers and agencies worldwide. We help them develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products.

We are seeking an experienced client-facing professional to lead our relationship with Tech, Media & Entertainment partners. This role involves partnering with regional sales teams to fuel revenue growth, manage contracts, and provide best-in-class account management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive organizational KPIs.
  • Lead product update discussions and educate global brands on TikTok's new and existing products.
  • Analyze account performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and improve our account offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience operating at global networks.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum. Location: London. For this role, you will be responsible for establishing and strengthening key regional client relationships, managing global infrastructure, and driving revenue growth.
