Arborist Senior

We are seeking an experienced Arborist Senior to join our team at Connick Tree Care. As a senior member of our arboricultural team, you will be responsible for leading by example and providing guidance and support to junior team members.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in arboriculture and tree care, with experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.

• Lead by example and provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Assist in scheduling and organizing the team's daily work program
• Undertake duties outside of normal working hours as required
• Ensure safety on site and compliance with industry regulations
• Maintain vehicles and equipment, and manage budgets

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in arboriculture or a related field
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture and tree care practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Fully qualified with NPTC certificates and a full driving license
