About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Practitioner to join our team in CHfW Theatres. As a key member of the perioperative team, you will be responsible for preparing surgical instruments and equipment, and providing support to surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
- Provide support to surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operations
- Work collaboratively with the perioperative team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the theatre
- Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- NMC or HPC registration
- RGN or ODP qualification
- Commitment to undertake an appropriate course of study
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
