About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Conductor to join our team at Grand Central Railway Company Limited. As a Senior Conductor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers on our Class 180 trains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth train operations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of rail industry standards and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and assessments to maintain competence
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Highly disciplined and able to work within rules and regulations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and remain alert and vigilant at all times
  • Customer-focused and able to communicate effectively with passengers
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
