A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator in Sutton

  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
