Randstad UK is seeking a talented individual to join our Construction & Property team in Reading as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your recruitment career with a leading international HR solutions business. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, filling roles in the Construction market, and achieving targets.
