Job Summary

This position is located in the Office of Administration, Logistics Management Division, Headquarters Asset Management Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, analyze, and evaluate fleet management programs and policy, including personal property, internal controls, fleet utilization, telematics, statistical analysis, and budget methodology.
  • Conduct studies, analyze, and evaluate proposed changes, and research and investigate new or improved business and management practices to determine the impact on program operations.
  • Identify fleet, budget, and property training needs and research and design training curriculum.
  • Resolve broad and/or complex problems and issues associated with the planning, coordination, and implementation of agency programs and activities.
Requirements

One (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Experience performing the following duties:

  • Conducting studies, analyzing, and evaluating proposed changes, and researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices to determine the impact on program operations.
  • Identifying fleet, budget, and property training needs and researching and designing training curriculum.
  • Resolving broad and/or complex problems and issues associated with the planning, coordination, and implementation of agency programs and activities.
  • Advising management on recommended solutions to various problems.
