Role Details:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Years Teaching Assistant in a Tameside school.

This is a full-time position in an Early Years setting with immediate start and long-term potential leading to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The role is primarily based in the Nursery, with support from a strong Early Years team.

Key Requirements:

Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is essential.

Responsibilities include running interventions and leading activities in the setting.

Position Specifics:

This is a full-time, long-term role commencing from November 2024.

Competitive pay rate ranging from £7685 to £90 per day, dependent on experience.

The School:

Led by a passionate Headteacher committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Collaborative staff dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes for all children.

Strong emphasis on progress and development.

Regular networking and social events on a termly basis.

To be successful in this Early Years Teaching Assistant role, you must:

Possess school-based experience in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.

Ideally hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.

Provide a comprehensive CV with detailed employment and education history (including explanations for any employment breaks).

Have the legal right to work in the UK.
