Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential Property Manager to join our Manchester Property Management team at Savills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer-focused property management service to our landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all required paperwork and checks are carried out for each tenancy, in compliance with Savills processes, ARLA guidance, and statutory legislation.
- Prepare properties for new tenancies, including arranging pre-tenancy works and ensuring timely completion.
- Meet new tenants at the start of the tenancy, set up utilities, and prepare welcome packs.
- Deal with day-to-day property maintenance issues, planned maintenance, and invoice management.
- Negotiate renewals, ensure tenants are referenced appropriately, and obtain right to rent checks.
- Prepare mid-term reports, checkout reports, and negotiate deposit returns.
- Prospect for and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Organized, enthusiastic, and target-driven individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Previous lettings experience is preferable, but not essential.
