Breakfast Runner Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up tables before service, including cutlery, plates, and glassware.
  • Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding to requests promptly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
  • Assist with opening preparations such as setting up stations, handling post-service tasks and cleaning up after breakfast hours.
  • Collaborate with waiters and waitresses by assisting with order delivery, refilling drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Mainly available to work on weekends with a 6:30 am shift starting time.
  • Previous Runner experience.
