We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tuition Centre Manager to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality educational support to students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including managing a team of Teaching Assistants, designing and implementing individualised learning plans, and liaising with parents and schools to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the overall performance of the Tuition Centre, including monitoring student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, schools, and the local community to promote our services and build trust.
• Lead and manage a team of Teaching Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality educational support.
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and ensure our programmes align with national standards.

**Requirements:**

• Qualified Teacher (ideally maths, science, English, or Primary specialist)
• Proven teaching experience and a passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
