  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including cash and stock management, Costa standards, policies, and procedures, and in-store marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of baristas and sales assistants to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience for every customer.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Performance Management: Monitor store KPIs and translate them into daily and weekly actions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Barista Maestro Accreditation: Barista Maestro accreditation is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
