Salary: This role comes with a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, ensuring you are fairly rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Job Description: As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to prepare meals, snacks, and drinks for our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Chef/Cook to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality service possible. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing meals according to individual dietary requirements, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and engaging with residents to understand their preferences and needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications: While prior experience in catering may be beneficial, it is not necessary. What is essential is a positive can-do attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to relate to elderly residents in a caring and sensitive manner.
