About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our cleaning and maintenance team at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the club is presented to the highest standard, providing a courteous and professional service to our customers, and working collaboratively with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a positive first impression.
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions in everything you do.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the cleaning and wider casino team to achieve results.
  • Achieve immaculate operational standards in all areas, including cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide input to improve the service provided and ensure compliance with all regulations, particularly for hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling.
  • Work to timescales when completing tasks and maintain a high level of productivity.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role, including using a range of cleaning equipment and products.
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled results and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and wider business, with sound communication skills.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Great time management and attention to detail.
