About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with service teams to ensure excellent dining experiences for our guests
  • Keep up to date with central menu changes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen and food preparation areas

Requirements

  • Experience as a Commis or Chef De Partie in a busy, high-volume operation
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent
  • Ability to work together as a team and communicate effectively
