Engineering Operations Lead

Pioneer Selection is looking for a highly skilled Engineering Operations Lead to join our team. As an Engineering Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our business, including maintenance, repair, and operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, as well as identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing guidance and support to maintenance personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Leading and motivating a team of maintenance personnel
  • Coordinating and prioritizing maintenance work
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
