Nuclear Operations Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Nuclear Operations Contract Manager to join our team at EDF. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of services under high value, high risk, high complexity contracts.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week at our Gloucester Business Park with multi-site travel throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing annual business plans with contract partners and coordinating deployment to ensure optimized service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Establish effective relationship management processes with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and managed.
- Act as the operational focal point for internal and external organizations for safety, quality, environmental, and operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through the development and deployment of improvement plans.
- Influence supplier activities to ensure goods and services are delivered to safety, quality, time, and cost requirements.
- Degree-level education in a business-related discipline.
- Professional qualification (e.g., MCIPS).
- Proven senior management experience in a multi-site environment, including people management and IT skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing strategic direction, including supporting tender processes, contract management, internal and external interaction, and project management.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
