About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.
  • Undertake a broad scope of residential property matters, demonstrating a proactive and commercial approach to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry developments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
  • Experience of running own caseload and managing multiple deadlines.
  • A sound knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to handle matters from pre-exchange to completion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment and resilient under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
