Job Description:
TrueNorth are exclusively working with a stable and growing company on a transformation journey, who are looking for an ambitious candidate to lead a new function for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, mentoring and leading a new QA team
- Creating a culture that promotes testing
- Hands on automated testing using a variety of tools
- Extensive automation testing experience (Selenium, JUnit, C# etc)
- Exposure to security and performance testing
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement, you will need to be comfortable being business facing in this role
- Experience of creating new strategies and processes with demonstrable experience of successful implementation and delivery
- Having worked in a regulated financial services or insurance environment is highly advantageous
Benefits:
- Paying circa £55,000 to £65,000 (dependant on experience) plus bonus
- Excellent benefits including at 15% pension contribution (market leading for a private sector role)
- Hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in the office
