About the Role

This is a full-time position based onsite at our manufacturing facility in Ipswich, Suffolk. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will collaborate with the current engineering and production teams to ensure seamless roll out of parts and products into production.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure efficient production processes.
  2. Ensure safety, quality, production, and cost standards are met.
  3. Implement primary area change notes, including setting of standard times and routings.
  4. Identify opportunities to reduce waste within processes and implement continuous improvement.
  5. Work closely with the primary team to sustain and improve processes and controls in existing production lines.
About You

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques. You should have strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, and Quality Control Techniques. Experience with CAD systems, particularly Siemens NX, is preferred.
