Adult Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Adult Support Worker to join our team in the Middlesex region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to adults with autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to adults with autism in their daily lives
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing and dressing
* Manage finances and assist with shopping and meal preparation
* Engage in activities that promote social inclusion, such as sports and hobbies
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £13,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a relevant qualification or experience in adult care
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be available to work varied shift patterns
