Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12-month interim contract to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our client's finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting budget holders to transform their strategic and operational goals into working budgets. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering robust financial forecasts, timely and accurate corporate reporting, and efficient processes that maximise opportunities for automation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of budgets and reforecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Collaborate with budget holders to produce high-quality reports that meet the needs of different stakeholders.
  3. Manage a high-performing business partnering team, focusing on performance management and process improvement.
  4. Implement effective use of business systems and technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rlevant professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in senior operational finance roles, with expertise in corporate reporting and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret and explain financial information at a corporate level.
