Skilled Master Technician for Skoda Vehicles

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Technician to join our team at Marshall Motor Group, working on Skoda vehicles in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing and maintenance of all Skoda vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty-approved work
  • Conduct MOT testing duties (if qualified)
  • Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
  • Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC's) and support Apprentice Technicians as needed
  • Contribute to local and company-wide process improvements and innovations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise to work at pace
  • A team-player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures
  • A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered
  • Ability to carry out MOT's is desirable, but not essential as full training will be offered
  • Motivated, dedicated, and organised with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace
  • Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software
