Job Title: Senior Banking Lawyer

Job Summary:

QC Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Banking Lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Banking Lawyer, you will handle a high-quality caseload of banking work for both borrowers and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to a broad range of well-established UK and international banks, private equity sponsors, corporates, international banks, and technology start-ups.
  • Experience of real estate finance (investment and development), corporate financing and leveraged finance transactions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality legal advice.

Requirements:

  • English qualified lawyer.
  • Strong understanding of banking and finance law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
