Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Reward Consultant to join our team at ECC Educational Competencies Consortium. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our services to our members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and workshops on job evaluation and compensation best practices to our members and clients.
  • Conduct job evaluations using our HERA and FEDRA schemes, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
  • Support the development of new products and services, including training programs and consultancy services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our members and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development of our existing and new products and services, including research and investigation to inform our approach to best practice.

Requirements

  • Experience in job evaluation, compensation, and benefits, with a strong understanding of reward issues in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to use MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and develop presentations.
