Digital System Project Manager

Camphill Village Trust is seeking a highly skilled Digital System Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our new digital system for recording care and support activities.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be in the range £43,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is home based with occasional travel required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of digital systems, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to develop project plans, manage multiple work streams, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a project plan to cover the configuration and implementation of the new digital system
  • Defining key milestones and goals within the project
  • Producing regular progress reports to track progress against the plan
  • Scheduling and conducting regular project team meetings
  • Maintaining the project risk register and co-ordinating the priority and delivery of tasks in line with the plan
  • Communicating the status of the project to stakeholders and project sponsors

In addition to project management skills, the successful candidate will also possess excellent IT skills and be able to travel as required for business purposes. They will be self-motivated and dedicated, with a committed approach to understanding the work of Camphill Village Trust.
