We are seeking a talented Drama Teacher to join our vibrant community at Wayman Group.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach GCSE and A-Level Drama, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the school's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to excel in GCSE and A-Level Drama.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
  • Support students in achieving their goals, through personalized coaching and mentoring.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Drama or a related field, with a strong focus on pedagogy and classroom management.
  • PGCE or QTS in Drama, with expertise in curriculum planning and assessment.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Drama Teacher, with a proven track record of academic achievement and pastoral care.

  • Paid to scale on a permanent contract, with a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
