Job Title: French Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic French Teacher to join our team at a mainstream school in South Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French to Key Stages 2 and 3 students, with a focus on delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach French to Key Stages 2 and 3 students, developing their language skills and promoting a love of learning.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Modern Foreign Languages (MFL).
  • Experience of teaching French to Key Stages 2 and 3 students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passionate about teaching and learning.
