Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Restaurant Associate to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring efficient restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by optimising guest interactions, handling cash, cleaning, and maintaining food safety.
  • Raise the bar on middle-of-house performance by managing food preparation, cleaning, and communicating effectively with colleagues while maintaining food safety.
  • Create finger-lickin' good chicken by preparing food, cleaning, communicating with your team, and maintaining food safety.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be £11.44 per hour for those aged 21+, £10.84 per hour for those aged 18-20, and £7.27 per hour for those aged 16-17. We also offer a quarterly bonus incentive.
