Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at RGB Network. As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of highways and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of highways and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and conceptual optioneering to identify optimal solutions for clients.
  • Develop detailed designs for highways and drainage systems, including pre- and post-planning phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Secure technical approvals and statutory approvals from relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • Expertise in industry-standard road and drainage design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microdrainage.
  • Familiarity with current design standards and regulations, including the 'Design Manual for Roads and Bridges' (DMRB).
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in highway drainage, surface water, and foul drainage systems.
  • Ability to generate technical reports and presentations as required.
  • Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
