Job Title: ICT Cyber Security Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited.

Your role will involve engaging in incident response, digital forensics, cyber security engineering, and serving as a subject matter expert in cyber security for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as an expert in cybersecurity for both classified and unclassified settings
  • Assessing, constructing, upholding, and advancing cybersecurity capabilities to safeguard the organization against evolving threats
  • Engaging in incident response, forensic assessments, and internal inquiries
  • Being a go-to resource for intricate inquiries
  • Maintaining a comprehensive comprehension of the organization's security stance and proactively suggesting adjustments and enhancements as needed
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated background in cyber security operations, incident response, and/or digital forensics
  • In-depth familiarity with hacker tools, methodologies, and practices
  • Proficiency with cyber security tools such as antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems, security information and event management (SIEM) platforms, email and web proxies, and vulnerability scanners
  • Experience in fundamental IT areas like system administration and networking
  • Sound grasp of the Information Security Manual (ISM) and other relevant global industry security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI DSS)
  • Existing defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
