Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods and ingredients
