About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Account Director to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vital accounts on a day-to-day basis, working closely with our Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and account management
  • Overseeing and leading the delivery of virtual / hybrid and live events
  • Taking and interpreting briefs from both new and existing clients
  • Working with clients to understand what they are trying to achieve from the event
  • Creating proposals and pitching for business
  • Client management and communication including managing expectations
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Managing multiple events and clients concurrently
  • Budget management and reconciliation
  • Leading and mentoring project teams and clients
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and a passion for creating, managing and running large scale multiple events in either the luxury brand or automotive sector. You need to be self-motivated, comfortable working under pressure, have an adaptable attitude with extremely good communication skills and a sharp attention to detail in all written, creative and numerical work.

Experience in leading and mentoring project teams and clients is a must. A flexible approach to working from home is encouraged for some roles, but this role will favour candidates who can commit to the majority of their working week in Oxfordshire based offices.
